Terms & Refund Policy.

What's included

When you buy Boot Camp, you get:

• →Two live group sessions, each around three hours, spaced about two weeks apart
• →Pre-work materials and the brain template
• →WhatsApp support for four weeks (two during the cohort, two for your first solo run, with me and the rest of the cohort in the group)
• →The Project SOP, deploy pipeline, and security hygiene checklist, reusable on every future build
• →A clear path into Hack It Yourself when you're ready for more

What's NOT included

• →Claude Max(~€100/month, paid directly to Anthropic). Required for the cohort. Not bundled, never marked up. If you don't want this ongoing cost, the cohort isn't for you.
• →Lifetime access to anything. This is a live cohort, not an evergreen course. After the cohort closing session the live sessions are done.
• →One-on-one consulting outside the group. Async support runs through WhatsApp. Individual deep dives happen in Hack It Yourself or paid advisory.

Refund policy

The brain template, Project SOP, and security hygiene checklist are handed over to you before the cohort begins. Once those are in your hands, the bulk of the lasting value has already changed hands. Refunds reflect that.

• Before kickoff, or within 7 days after kickoff with at most one session attended: €550 refund. The remaining €250 covers the brain template and the prep work already done.
• After 7 days post-kickoff, or after two or more sessions attended: no refunds. The cohort is two weeks of compounding work. By day 7 you're embedded in the group, the structure is in your hands. Refunding mid-flow penalizes everyone who's still showing up.

To request a refund: reply to your purchase confirmation email or WhatsApp me directly. I process within 3 business days.

Cancellation

If you can't make your cohort after paying, you can request a refund under the policy above, OR defer your seat to a future cohort. Message me and we'll figure out the right path together.

Code of conduct

This is a small cohort. Direct and kind goes a long way.

• →Confidentiality.What's shared in the WhatsApp group and live sessions stays inside the cohort. Share your own progress publicly if you want. Don't name other members or quote them without permission.
• →Respect for time.Show up on time for live sessions. If you can't make a session, tell the group in advance.
• →Building behavior.Help when you can. Ask when you're stuck. Don't sell things to other cohort members.
• →AI use. This is the whole point. Use it openly. Sharing your prompts, decisions, and brain structure with the group is encouraged.

If something doesn't feel right (friction with another member, anything I'm doing that bugs you, anything), message me directly. I'd rather hear it.

Intellectual property

• →Your work, your IP. Anything you build during the cohort belongs to you. I have no claim over it.
• →My frameworks, my IP.The brain template, Project SOP, security hygiene checklist, deploy pipeline patterns, and the cohort curriculum are mine. You get to use them for your own building forever. You can't repackage and resell them as a course.

Payment & data

Stripe handles your payment. I never see your card details. Your contact info (name, email, phone) is stored in ContentCreatorMachine (HighLevel) for cohort comms. Full data handling is covered in the Privacy page.

Disputes

If something is wrong and we can't resolve it via WhatsApp or email within 5 business days, we both agree to talk it through in good faith before going legal. Swiss law applies. Court of Zurich is the venue.
